• Jul 08, 2017  » World of Warcraft » Professions » Best 7.2.5 gold making profession? Use as much money you think won't hurt you loosing all of it. I mine any node I see and grind it all into gems. Some gems don't sell for much BUT with 7.3 bringing new gems (and a new ore to grind down) it is a good idea to start working on getting that JC.

I returned to wow about two weeks ago and am wondering what the best gold making professions are this expansion. Ive been told multiple things and figured this sub might have the best idea. Some people said to go double gather, others said to go herb/alch.

I haven't played WoW since the end of Cataclysm, so take my answer with a grain of salt.For the melee DPS (warrior pally and dk) strength has always been the gem to stack no matter what, unless you are missing a crucial stat, like being uncapped on Hit Rating. This stat should be increased to the necessary level (is it still 8%?) to be on par for DPS.GOOD PROFS. Blacksmithing: Extra sockets for more Red gems.

No professions just a level one at the ah with TSM or another addon that lets you snipe under priced items. To just bring in gold?

Gathering Herb/Mining. Every expac new recipes come out and some sell, some don't.

But no matter what everyone needs raw materials. Added bonus it is free xp while leveling up, each node gives a kills worth of xp. Best part is you don't have to go out of your way. Daily quest time, gather all nodes while doing it then mail to your bank alt. Waiting for the raid to form up, gather all nodes while waiting. Waiting for pvp que, just farm all nodes while waiting. Applying to mythic + groups, just gather all nodes while waiting.

You need a bank alt if your playing the ah or just taking gathering. This saves you 15mins of game time by just mailing and listing item at the end of every days gaming session. 15mins doesn't seem like much but it adds up when you consider the end of the week how many times you hearthed then portaled to your AH. Just mail it, save the time, and at the start of your next session log on the bank alt first to list your items and open your profits.
