I think this is a very good mod makes it more realistic but I think you wrecked it with the no helmet thing as now all motercycles ride around without helmets and that makes it very unrealistic and I did set to 0 and they still all ride around like retards so other than that great mod just take out motercycles as there are to many people riding around without helmets as it is without this modso I changed the value to 1000 haven't seen one since so as I said 0 dident work made it worse 1000 seems fine.
