I'm having trouble with two parts in the town of Novac.First I'm trying to complete Raul's sidequest but am unable to talk to Ranger Andy anymore. I talked to him when i first came through but now it zooms in like i'm gonna talk to him but never does. And second, I'm also trying to do the quest Boone gives you (One for my baby) and while i've discovered who sold his wife and found the evidence, the option to bring her in front of the TRex never comes up, whether Boone is in the sniper nest or not.Is there anything I can do about these or do i just have to abandon these quests? Thanks. If you have spoken to Ranger Andy before Raul was actively with you the dialog with Raul wont happen to reset it you must do this:set '000e61a5'.MetRangerAndy to 1. This must be done in an indoor area. Transition to an outdoor area and Raul should initiate conversation.
